All family law matters, including dissolution, divorce, and custody cases, as well as other civil matters, require a $200.00 consultation fee, which is due at the time of your appointment.
For all other matters, fees will be determined at the attorney’s discretion. Any required retainer or flat fee will be discussed and quoted during your initial consultation. If you have already paid a retainer fee, all future appointments and services will be billed in accordance with the engagement agreement you signed.
If you are a former client returning to our office, you will need to either pay the previously quoted retainer fee or schedule a new consultation and pay the applicable consultation fee.
If Attorney Rohrs has been appointed as your Parenting Coordinator, a consultation fee will not be required.
